The sovereign home for all your company data - including everything that shouldn't sit in a US cloud. Encrypted, versioned, hosted in Germany.

Many teams run Microsoft 365 for mail, meetings and Office - and in daily work, files quickly spread to other places: local drives, USB sticks or consumer services like Google Drive and Dropbox. That's understandable, but for sensitive company data it leaves no central, sovereign place under German jurisdiction.
SecureCloud fills exactly that gap: a central, encrypted cloud storage from Germany that runs seamlessly alongside Microsoft 365 - reachable from any device, with version history and granular permissions. Your data stays entirely within German infrastructure.

Our experts are happy to answer all your questions.
Whether from consumer clouds, another provider or your own file server - the move to SecureCloud is guided.
After kickoff we set up administration and structure, a free basic training gets your team on board, and a pilot group goes live before the rollout.
In most cases SecureCloud simply runs alongside Microsoft 365 - you only move the data that belongs somewhere more secure.

Microsoft 365 stays in place for mail, Teams and Office at most of our customers. Alongside it, SecureCloud provides secure, sovereign storage - for all the data that shouldn't live in a US cloud. Access runs via EntraID SSO (from Advanced), so SecureCloud fits seamlessly into your existing environment. All files are encrypted and stored exclusively in German data centers, beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act. You combine familiar M365 productivity with storage that is subject to German law.
SecureCloud protects you twice over: a recycle bin (90 to 365 days) and per-library version history make deleted or altered files recoverable - even after a ransomware incident you can restore a clean earlier state. This reliably prevents data loss in practice. The owner controls retention per library. All data is stored encrypted in German data centers.
Through the sync client (Windows, macOS, Linux) for a full local copy and offline work, the drive client (Windows, macOS) as a space-saving virtual drive with on-demand download, and the mobile app (iOS, Android). The number of connected devices per user is unlimited, and selective sync lets you choose which folders stay local. Every connection is encrypted.
Yes. From the Advanced edition you connect SecureCloud via single sign-on to EntraID or Active Directory. Employees sign in with their usual company login, and on- and offboarding run centrally through your identity management. When someone leaves, the SSO lock takes effect immediately across the system.
Yes. Roles and administrator roles enforce least privilege and separation of duties, areas bind libraries to organizational units, and groups map flexible project shares. Access stays clear and auditable even in large organizations - every access is recorded in the audit log.
The departing person's library is transferred without data loss to another person or team, and via SSO their access is revoked across the system at the same time. Company data stays fully intact on offboarding while remaining protected. Roles and areas ensure only authorized people keep access.
No. Roles and separation of duties keep administration and content apart - an administrator manages users and structure without automatically being able to see all content. For especially sensitive data you can additionally enable zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption: then only your company holds the keys, and not even SecureCloud has visibility.
The move is guided. After kickoff we set up administration and structure, a free basic training gets your team on board, and a pilot group goes live before the company-wide rollout. Data from consumer clouds, another provider or a file server can be migrated; often SecureCloud simply runs alongside Microsoft 365, so you only move the relevant data.
