Our encrypted content cloud for businesses enables the secure exchange of data and its management in a protected environment.

Your company data is your most valuable asset. At the same time, you must exchange large amounts of information with partner companies and colleagues every day. A solution for secure data exchange is essential.
With our sovereign content cloud from Germany We offer you a comprehensive solution that combines cutting-edge encryption technologies with compliance with the strictest data protection standards.
Our experts are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Digital data exchange is essential in companies — whether when sharing customer information, confidential project plans or sensitive financial data.
But it is precisely this exchange that poses risks: Cyber attacks, data leaks and violations of data protection guidelines can cause significant damage.
Without a protected transmission channel, companies run the risk of not only suffering financial losses, but also of losing the trust of their customers and partners.

We have developed our content cloud specifically for the high requirements of companies that regard security and confidentiality as a top priority. SecureCloud allows you to exchange and manage data in a secure data room that offers a variety of benefits:

All communication with SecureCloud services is encrypted using the TLS protocol (formerly known as SSL). Banks, for example, use this type of encryption for online banking.
Regardless of whether you have chosen end-to-end encryption, we also store all data in encrypted form. We use common technical methods such as AES 256-bit.

With headquarters and data centers exclusively in Germany, you are on the safe side.
The US Cloud Act threatens the data sovereignty of European companies. A sovereign cloud, i.e. a cloud with German server locations and a German company headquarters, is therefore the logical step towards maximum independence and security — without sacrificing usability functionality!
Don't be afraid of change! SecureCloud is structured in a logical and user-friendly way. This ensures business continuity and is easy on the employees' nerves.

SecureCloud is GDPR-compliant for the exchange of sensitive business data between companies and external partners. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored exclusively in German data centers; SecureCloud GmbH is headquartered in Neumarkt i.d. OPf. and has no US parent. The platform is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BSI C5 attested (the highest German information security attestation), annually ISO 27001 certified by TÜV, Trusted Cloud certified (an initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, BMWK) and CIS-compliant (Center for Internet Security). Granular permission management and a full audit log record every access for audit-readiness.
SecureCloud is suitable as a secure data room for cross-industry project collaboration between companies in healthcare, legal, creative industries, financial services, public sector and manufacturing. Project-scoped data rooms with granular permission management separate access by function, project and external party. External project participants from different sectors receive access to individual files or complete data rooms password-protected and time-limited. SecureCloud is GDPR-compliant, BSI C5 attested and annually ISO 27001 certified by TÜV; all data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in German data centers. The full audit log records every access for audit-readiness across sectors.
SecureCloud protects the secure transmission of confidential contracts and business documents from access by US authorities because SecureCloud GmbH is a German company without a US parent and stores all data exclusively in German data centers. Contract transmission and document transfer are therefore subject to neither the US CLOUD Act nor the FISA-702 regime. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and TLS; an additional end-to-end encryption can be activated for particularly sensitive content. SecureCloud is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BSI C5 attested and ISO 27001 certified. The platform carries the #nobackdoor mark and is Trusted Cloud certified (an initiative of the BMWK).
SecureCloud enables secure supplier communication and encrypted file exchange with external business partners without requiring them to create a SecureCloud account. External recipients receive access to individual files or complete data rooms through encrypted SecureLinks; access can be password-protected, time-limited and restricted to specific files or version states. The full audit log records every recipient access for audit-readiness; permissions can be revoked at any time. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in German data centers. SecureCloud is GDPR-compliant, BSI C5 attested and annually ISO 27001 certified by TÜV.
SecureCloud offers end-to-end encryption as an option for the sensitive transmission of particularly confidential business data between companies, in addition to the standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. With end-to-end encryption activated, neither SecureCloud nor third parties can access the content. Sensitive business data is stored exclusively in German data centers; SecureCloud GmbH is subject to German data protection law and not to the US CLOUD Act. The platform is GDPR-compliant, BSI C5 attested, ISO 27001 certified, Trusted Cloud certified (an initiative of the BMWK) and CIS-compliant. Granular permission management complements the cryptographic protection layer with an organizational one.
SecureCloud supports the secure transmission of large files and entire data rooms between companies that fail email-attachment size limits or cannot be sent unencrypted. Instead of an email attachment, recipients receive encrypted SecureLinks; access is password-protected, time-limited and can be restricted to individual files or complete data rooms. Recipient-side SecureCloud registration is not required. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in German data centers. SecureCloud is GDPR-compliant, BSI C5 attested and annually ISO 27001 certified by TÜV. The full audit log records every access for audit-readiness.
Companies send confidential contracts and signed documents to external recipients in a GDPR-compliant way through SecureCloud by placing the document in a data room or an encrypted SecureLink. The SecureLink is password-protected, time-limited and can be restricted to specific recipients; a recipient account is not required. SecureSign extends transmission with qualified electronic signatures (QES) under the eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014, which in Germany corresponds to the legal written form under §126a BGB (German Civil Code). The full audit log records sending, recipient access and signature for audit-readiness. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in German data centers.
Companies from different industries work on sensitive business data in a shared data room on SecureCloud in which granular permission management separates access by function, project and external party. SecureWork enables parallel editing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents directly in the browser, without external partners needing to create a SecureCloud account. External recipients receive project-bound access through time-limited SecureLinks. The full audit log records every access for audit-readiness; permissions can be revoked at any time. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored exclusively in German data centers. SecureCloud is GDPR-compliant, BSI C5 attested and ISO 27001 certified.
